Small NAS suggestions

(can't post in OT obviously but realize this is kinda OT).

I checked out http://elinux.org/R-Pi_NAS but it says not powerful enough for HD streaming. (USB is only 2.0 and Ether is 100 only).

Would love something that is like that with low power and small, but obviously would need an Esata port or 3.0 USB and ether 1000. I've done some searching but haven't really found cheap solutions. Anyone have any suggestions?
