Minor flicker on display

Don't know if this is the right area to post. If not mods pls let me know.

I just built my HTPC and installed Aeon MQ3 as the skin with Cinema Experience add-on. Love it. However, I noticed when playing movies that the screen would sort of flicker or show a quick band for a millisec .. like screen is cut in half or a third slightly and picture doesn't align (hard to describe). I noticed it happens once in a while during action sequences or where the movement is quick.

Has anyone come across this ? I have turned on in video DXVA and DXVA2. Played movies in VLC and don't have this problem.

Specs of my build running on Windows 7 are:

[CPU] ]AMD A8-3850 (4x2.9Ghz) + HD6550D
[Mainboard] ASRock A75M
[RAM] Kingston HyperX, 4GB (2.2GB), 1866 MHz
[SSD] Crucial M4 SATAIII 128 GB

Thanks in advance.

Do you mean tearing?

Turn on:
Settings -> video -> Sync to display (video clock)
Settings -> system -> video output -> Vertical blanc sync

Turn off:
Settings -> video -> adjust display refresh rate to match video.

See if that improves anything.
