How to create a repo ? Simple Steps please ?

Hello,

I'm trying to create a xbmc repo with no luck.

Can you guys give me an easy example on doing it ?

I have a webserver running apache. Can it be used as a repo? Do i need to install something else ?

I read all the xbmc guides on creating repos but idk why i have so much trouble to get this thing working.
