No "items" to be viewed in music folder / cdArt

Greetings,

I am still a nube to xbmc. I have enabled neon and the cdArt scraper. I have matched the locations for the music folder in each program. For some reason when I go to look at my music library, there are no albums or artists or whatever to be navigated, while in the upper left hand corner, the screen tells me that I have xxx number of items to choose from. Is there something that I turned off by mistake? Or is there something I must turn on?

Any help would be most appreciated. And indeed, it is a beautiful skin.
