Windows Souce Contents Broken?

I've been running xbmc for a while now without much trouble.

Lately however i'm having a problem that i add a folder, set the contents and update the library everything goes fine. But the next time i open XBMC the folder is still set as source but that content option is unset wich means my library doesnt work anymore. I have to reset the content .. scan the library again ... wich means that all the "watched" marks etc are reset.

Anyone else had that behaviour and knows what can cause it?

After you initial set the content, if you go back and check it, is it still set?

Yeah and then the library gets filled again, i just closed xbmc and restarted it and now its still there. But that happened before also and then suddenly when it starts its gone again :/
