Episodes not showing up in xbmc

I have just installed xbmc on my apple tv and put my tv shows on it by smb file sharing. Xbmc is on my computer and the exact same files have shown up and all episodes are there but on my apple tv 2 most of my shows arent showing up any episodes.

Did you scan in the files to your library on the ATV2? Alternatively, you could sync the two XBMC systems with the link Haudrauf provided.
You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc |

All of the folders I want to access are on the same drive with others that I can access. Going through smb into homegroup I can see my harddrive but only a few folder show up, eg, kyle xy, community and glee. But there is actually more than 50 folders in this harddrive and they aren't showing up. In network sharing they are all coming from the path in the harddrive but only a few are showing up on xbmc. Please HElp!!

Are you talking about File view (Videos -> Files) or Library view (TV Shows or Videos -> TV Shows) ?
