why does xbmc shutdown when Xbox wireless controller is switched off?

I am not using any third party program or client to control XBMC, it simply works using the default keymap....

XBMC would shutdown in the middle of a movie or live stream when the controller is not touched. Is there anyway to stop it from shutting down?

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
XBMC : Eden

and the change log does not mention any errors or timeouts regarding the controller.....

This is really frustrating guys, I finally have the perfect HTPC and now this happens?!?

People using Xbox Wireless controller, are you guys facing the same issue?
