Staples has the K400 on sale for $30. Plus there is a couple for $25 off.
Some people are getting this for $5 depending on the store manager.
I was only able to get it for $15.00, but I still think it's a great deal.

I got a K400 for review/evaluation and I like it very much. I use it now for setting up builds -- make it much easier. I keep misplacing the dongle though.
