I have now setup XBMCbuntu Pre-Frodo (XBMCFreak's) on an SSD on my Zotac ION 230 board. Is there anything I need to do to the OS/XBMC that will help prolong the life of the SSD, or is Ubuntu/XBMC pretty good with SSD's out of the box?
