I'd like to mount it on a tv with 200x200 VESA pattern. Do I need some kind of adapter?

It's odd that Antec doesn't provide any information on their website or in the user manual regarding which VESA mounting pattern sizes are supported by the included mounting plate.
Given the overall dimensions of the case (222x212 mm) and the relative size of the provided mounting plate in relation to the case, as seen in this photo, it looks like you'll need a VESA adapter plate or bracket to extend the mounting pattern to 200x200 mm so it will fit on the back of your TV.
