Mediastream Background

I use to have that sweet TV picture but I have since lost it and I cannot find a "background" folder on any version of mediastream I download. Does anyone have the 1280x720 TV image?

Also the sound board image?

Thank you for the reply. No not the original. I am looking for the one that has the LCD tv on the wall with the colors behind it. I didn't not find it on your second link.
