Hi I want to make changes to colors and things like that to skins in XBMC, but it is a hassle for me to have to keep saving the xml file and then restarting xbmc to see how the changes look. Is there an easier way to preview the changes I'm making?

All you need to do is go into Appearence and reselect the skin. My experience is that XBMC re-loads the skin. If that doesn't work try switching skins from one then back.
