I purchased a D-Link DNS-320 NAS and I don`t know which protocol is the best to choose.
I have one HTPC which I want to connect with XBMC to the NAS, and one Laptop to access directly thru file system(backups, storage...)
Both PCs and the NAS are connect with a Gigabit Switch.
Should I set the NAS to UPNP or NFS or what else?
Second question is, i will install 1x 2TB HD now, and a second one later, and want them both appear as 1 big drive.
So when the second HD is installed later, has both drives to be formatted (first HD again?) or just the new HD?
