reFocus skin "broken"/"dependencies not met"

Hello all,

I have openelec 1.95.5 generic build installed on my computer. I added Jeroen's repo, but the reFocus skin comes up as broken. I tried installing it via zip but get an error saying that the structure isn't right. I even added skin.refocus folder to my machine's addon folder but even then reFocus comes up as broken and it says its dependencies are not met.

Can someone please help?
