Can anyone help?
It's OK with DVD's but no go on Blu's. If I route the HDMI cable via Onkyo 875 AVR all is well but I now want to connect direct to my Panny G10. That's where the problem starts

You need to tinker with the audio settings like disable passthrough.

Is the pas through on the receiver? Only I'm trying not to use the receiver but go straight into the TV.
Via the receiver it's works well just not straight connection into the TV

Did you un-check "capable receiver" and select the correct WASAPI in XBMC audio output?
