Windows Share plugins over network?

Hi. I have a problem. I have xmbc server on vista and I want to open my weeb.tv plugin on my LG smart tv but I don't see any plugins (add-ons). All I can see is music and videos folders (same when trying to connect from any other device). Is there any way to share plugins over network? If not is there any way to transfer plugin to plex as my TV works with PLEX server. Thanks for any help.
