My settings on the bios are for the Target CPU temperature is 50c/122F
Target fan speed Level 1

Don't want to rain on your parade but that cooler sucks. I had one and the fan was loud as ever, made all kinds of nasty noises. The fan stopped working so maybe it was just a dud. But even when it worked, I had overheating issues with an i3 2100T.

Actually I still have the dud heatsink - free for the taking.

My solution was to move to a more reasonable size case and put a real heatsink on it.
