What kind of power cord would I need? Sorry, kind of a newb at this (if it isn't painfully obvious by now)

Perfect. I'm pretty sure I have a power cord or two floating around, so I should be ok there.

Here is a link to a power supply calculator. This will tell you if you can use a pico based on your peak wattage.

By that calculator it says that my minimum wattage is around 290w and my recommended is around 345w. Does that mean I should be looking a little bigger than the 300w SeaSonics above?

This is not a direct answer but... You need to cover what your max power consumption could be.

It's very possible I put something in wrong. I was trying to put it on the high end, but I may have overdid it. Does that seem right?

Edit: I assume that since the GPU is integrated on the CPU I don't have to add that in the calculator? And since the Fan Controller I plan on using is an LCD display, just check the LCD display box?

The GPU in CPU does not count as a video adapter or added wattage. Not sure on the LCD controller. Just say you have a controller to be on the safe side if you like.

My guess is they are saying anything from 300 to 350 would work.

You should try and run it on the high side to make it more efficient.

Like others are saying... 300watts is fine.
