I agree since the 2 or 3 people that I know that have tried it,..complain that they wasted $30 by thinking this would work.

Raspberry pi has hardware that is below that of the iphone. I have no idea why it repeatedly gets mentioned as a viable option on this forum.

I prefer to think of it like someone might spend a bunch of money based on my suggestion so I'd better have tested it first or at least read from several reliable sources it's possible.

It is fun to think of these tiny systems as being HTPC-capable though even if they aren't there yet.
