I've been looking everywhere for a way to quickly determine where to find or stream a particular movie or TV Show from within XBMC. I've failed. Ideally I'd like to have a search box in XBMC that would comb through my library as well as sites like Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon, but maybe the easiest way would be an add-on that integrates a site like CanIStream. It?
Just a thought, and if someone knows of something like this already available, do let me know.

That's a great idea, we'll look into it, or if another developer wants to build it, we'll provide access to our API.

I'm interested in the exact same thing: Make an "all streamable media available to me" view on top of XBMC (which also included enough metadata to drive rich clients).
I would love to get access to the canistream.it API! - Paul philion@gmail.com |
