Volume, but no picture

Hey, I'm new to the whole xbmc thing, I have downloaded the software to my iPhone and tried to play movies on my tv through apple av hdmi adapter. The volume works but no picture, please help

Are you using a nightly build? If so:
Be sure to have the HDMI adapter plugged in to the iPhone and TV before opening XBMC so that XBMC can detect the display. Switch to the second display (the TV) by going to Settings -> System -> Video output, and selecting "Screen 2". You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc |
