Just did jailbreak on my AppleTV2 and installed nitoTV and then installed XBMC. When playing a video file I get an error saying Playback failed One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details.
Information:
Platform - AppleTV2
Version - Apple TV software 5.0.2 (4250)
Files - Located on Mac OS X Mountain Lion
Install Method - Through nitoTV
Video:
H.264, 720 x 404
AAC, 48000 Hz, Stereo (L R)

Install SMBUp on the iMac. That should fix the problem.
You can make easy links to the XBMC wiki using double brackets around words: [[debug log]] = debug log, [[Add-on:YouTube]] = Add-on:YouTube, [[Adding videos to the library]] = Adding videos to the library, [[userdata]] = userdata, etc |
