Is it possible to receive information about movies (from a movie data base etc.), when I have file names like this one: Hollow_Man_2_12.07.26_00-10_kabel1_105_TVOON_DE.mpg

These files are download from an online record service like OTR. They all do not have any meta data, I assume.

You might want to clean up the extra stuff in the file name, as mentioned here: Adding videos to the library (wiki)

Then follow the additional steps in that guide to scan it into the library, which will download all the meta data.
