Hi, I'm a new user and am struggling to get my movies to play. All files are MKV and all play great on my popcorn hour.

I recently got an apply tv 2 and set up xbmc on it for my bedroom. I'm using a devolo homeplug but am getting great speeds according to the software (250 Mbit/s +) which i think should be more than fast enough to play these files. However every MKV I play is extremley stuttery, am I missing a setting somewhere?

Take a look at the buffering section of the iOS FAQ (wiki) to see if any of those solutions help you out. If not, you might need to post a debug log (wiki).
