I have die hard or jaws etc can I have one folder for them all with sub folder for each?

XBMC doesn't care as long as you have "scan recursively" enabled.

It should be noted that from Eden on... The Die Hard Collection and Jaws Collection are automagically scraped as movie 'sets'.
