AppleTV 2 (black) No XBMC icon to open

Hi people, 1 day old newbie here. I have jail broken my ATV2 with seasonpass, got Nitotv installed via SSH by using Putty. I then installed XBMC first directly from Nitotv and then by SSH with Putty. Nitotv says that the XBMC is installed, but I do not have an icon to open XBMC with at all. What am I missing please??

I kind of have the same issue except I've been running mine just fine for a long time. I have 2 ATV2 running eden11. Sat night mine locked up so I rebooted atv2 via down and menu button. When my ATV2 came back up, there was nothing but ATV2 menu. No Nito, No XMBC. So I decided to try and re jailbreak it. Nothing, will not even jailbreak with seasonpass (SP will download the file, but when itunes opens up if errors out and wont restore). I think well lets just see if I can get into it with putty and nope, fail on connection. Something about server.
I'm at a loss on what to do now.

Then I thought I was smart and grabbed my ATV2 from upstairs that wasn't being used and figured I would just use it until I get the other one fixed. Nope, it was in the same condition. So I have two down and can't jailbreak.

Sorry for this being my first post. I tried reading the other post, but this seems close to my issue.

Don't know anything about ATV2, but about a dozen threads down the list on this subforum, I found this which might(?) be helpful:

I just wanted to report back and say that i came home today and plugged both my ATV2s back in and now both of them have all icons and work like they did before Sunday. It is the weirdest thing. I promise you both of them had lost Nito, plex and XBMC. I got nothing yesterday and now they are back Confused
