Keymapping a shortcut to a specific addon?

Is it possible to keymap a shortcut to an addon?

I tried RunAddon and RunScript with full addresses to the plugin folder or the plugin name, but no dice. I read that RunScript doesn't work on folders, like Advanced Launcher, but I'm hoping to find another solution that does.

Any help?
