I've downloaded the video file in the 1st post and test on MINIX NEO X8-H,

It's capable to play the video inside the preloaded MINIX edition XBMC (V13.1) without any problems.
Very smooth indeed.
Just note that the user interface shows 1920x1080 but the actual video output is 4K.
