You've probably seen me gloating, and I think that the script has become more mature and can be released to the public now.
SuperTV is the designated successor to the rtmpGUI plugin for XBMC, with a fancy EPG. It now reads source lists from other plugins, too.
The idea behind was to give the same experience you'd have with a Free-to-Air receiver in a given country, which I think has been accomplished for the countries in the list. In the rtmpGUI list you'll find lots and lots of international channels that are not listed in the country lists, and there is blackoutworm's list as well (EPG for it is planned for v1.1, as LiveTV's EPG has to be adapted), which comes with lots of always up-to-date sports streams.
Everything else is explained on the Homepage.
I'll have to remind you that in this version with the full EPG, it is still somewhat experimental. However, I've implemented parts of the EPG into the old rtmpGUI plugin as rtmpGUI+.
