Some quick thoughts: CIR header on the ASRock, CPU socket placement is different, which may impact case / cooler compatibility. Ideally, post prices you can get these for and some requirements for your build, as it will help people start to differentiate between two otherwise (largely) interchangeable boards.

ASUS is $3 more than the ASRock including shipping.

If the Asus is only $3 more than its a no brainer, get the H77 over the lesser spec B75 or get the ASrock H77M-ITX.
