Is the GT430 still the best card for 3D support?

Question
I bought a GT430 (Fullsize, EVGA) card for my HTPC last year and the fan on it crapped out so I am in the market for either a new cooler (probably passive) or a new card entirely.

I was wondering if the GT430 is still the best price/performance ratio card for 3D or if I should pick something else up.

Home Theater: Mitsubishi WD-73C10 73 inch 3D DLP | Onkyo TX-NR515
Consoles: Dreamcast | Playstation 2 | Xbox | Xbox 360 | Playstation 3 | Playstation 4

I'm running an Asus ATI HD 6450... http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/AMD_S...TDI1GD3LP/

Not too pricey, runs cool and is passive, plus supports 3D blu-ray and 3D SBS, etc. Great choice.

Cheers
