Problem Description:

When XBMC starts up without a network connection it will not continue scanning network resources. (ie shared mysql database)
Scenario:
=======
Boot up xbmcbuntu with wireless connection. lightdm starts but WiFi is not yet authenticated and thus an IP is not assigned yet via dhcp. XBMC will not see network resources even after the network connects. This means that shared libraries in the mySQL cannot be accessed untill XBMC is restarted after the network has conected.
Workarounds:
==========
1) Restart XBMC after network has been connected.
2) Delay XBMC startup
Prefered functionality:
=================
XBMC keeps scanning for network connectivity and will connect/disconnect after the network has been setup/disconnected.
