Hi:
I being tested xbmc with the purpose to build a future system and this skin has got something i got (mainly the option to customize the home screen with items that point to folders).
One thing i still did not found, is how to force xbmc to resume a movie, that is:
I select a movie on the movie library and hit the play. After a few minutes, i stop it. Later, i get back to it and i would like it to resume from the point i stopped it automatically..
Can this be done? How?
Regards.
How to force resume of a movie?

It can be done!
System--> Videos--> File Lists--> Default select action - and choose resume. Just be aware that a resume point will not be picked up until 3 minutes have elapsed in the video. EDIT - The point at which a resume point can be changed though with the <ignoresecondsatstart> tag usage in an advancedsettings.xml. Quick Links: [Debug Log] [userdata] [advancedsettings.xml] [Add videos to the Library] [Import/Export]

Hi:
This only works for file lists. I would like to be able to resume from the fanart in the info wall, when pressing the 'P' key (without having to enter the file mode. Also it would be nice to have a dialog asking if we want to resume the movie... Can this be done? Just a little info: i'm using version 11.0 (Eden). Regards. |

Hi:
Thanks..maybe this helps: If i press the 'P' key here: ![]() It never resumes. I have to press the enter key, so i can enter the folder: ![]() And here if i press the 'P' over the file, it does resume! |

add them as a smart playlist, not as a folder. then you´ll get all library features.
