Video Tutorial of Sabnzb, Sickbeard, Couchpotato..(You may already know of this one?)

This might be common knowledge but if not I stumbled upon this and it was the ONLY way I was able to walk through the "automation" process that I had read for months about before brave enough to tackle it.

I did not make the video, just found it and it was EXTREMELY helpful
