I am from india and presently planning to purchase VIDEOCON D2H DTH SERVICE this month. I am currently using XBMC without live tv.

What sort of TV tuner will I need to watch the channels? Will all the channels of my package (say 300 channels) be available through the Tuner card?

Will it be possible to channnels from within XBMC itself? How will the EPG of the dth provider get fetched in XBMC (PVR VERSION)?

Those are tough questions. Ask you service provider if you need a decode card.
