Display Issue on MPG and AVI Files

As you will be able to see in the video when I play MPG files or AVI files the image zooms into the top corner of the screen. Manually adjusting zoom or view mode doesn't change the issue (just adds black bars around the zoomed in portion in most cases)

Anyone any ideas on the cause or a fix. I'm using a nighty from the 9th August (as I need my db to be comparable with my PI)

Been a few days since I posted with no responce. The files are fine as they play correctly in Media Player Classic so it's not a file issue. They also play correctly in XBMC on my PI but on my Windows 7 HTPC they don't.

I can't be the only one to experiance this and would appreciate any help in resolving the issue
