Hi, everyone! I am new to the board, and I don't know if a similar thread has been posted before, so I apologize in advance, but I have a problem. I have a Star Trek TV show collection on my PC. The library on XBMC v.11 updated thumbinails for all 3 seasons of The Original Series, but when it updates other Star Trek shows, it also shows the thumbinails of TOS, for the first 3 seasons of The Next Generation, Deep Space 9, Voyager and Enterprise. As for other seasons (4, 5, 6, 7), XBMC shows their thumbinails properly. How can I fix this?

Go TV shows, context menu (C on keyboard), Set season thumb and browse to correct thumbnail art
Note: (If you don't have the correct thumbnail artwork for each season/TV show you can copy and save them from TVDB, (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=77526&lid=7) by going in to individual seasons and saving the thumbnail you prefer.)

Okay, now i have another problem. I wanted to get a different thumbinail for each series, but I wanted to choose from my own saved images. The problem is that the chosen image is not shown. (see link below)

Same as above, but instead of set season thumb, go back to main collection of shows press info panel on each series (I on keyboard) and get thumb option

Save the series image you prefer, there maybe more by clicking the hyperlink on the bottom right of displayed posters (view all 4)
You can drill down into the season and use that also if needing to correct any funny season art in the series


Just search each series you have for star trek in the top right of TVDB
I.e.:

The Next Generation http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=71470&lid=7

Voyager http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=74550&lid=7

Enterprise http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=73893&lid=7

(Alternately to go down the more complex route for future ease, you may want to investigate the file and folder naming convention/s well as the scraper settings, or better still download a media manager program like ember or media companion to help correct eyecandy errors that the scraper may create.)

Thank you for trouble, but Media Companion shows error when clicking the search bar
( http://postimage.org/image/v9qp4n463/ ), and all of the other methods give no results. XBMC simply won't show custom selected thumbinails, only the ones that you get when automatically updating TV show info.

Ohh looks like a borked release version, I believe the scraper TMDB was broken

The error keeps showing.
EDIT: nevermind, all of the errors corrected on their own
