Update
Crashes in the GIT of Aeon Nox 3.6 or whatever version it is. Crashes on Xbmcuntu 11.0 32bit and Openelec 1.95.7 x64 (2 different systems)

sorry probably sounded a bit harsh, bit more info is always nicer so we do not have to gather all that info ourselves.. from what i can see you´re pressing the FULLSCREEN button in main menu, right?
tried on another machine? i can imagine it is related to your gpu.
does it also crash in frodo?

No I have not taken the time to compile it yet. I'll prob set that up and see if it helps. Unless there is an ubuntu repo somewhere??
Yes, I press the fullscreen button on the main menu and it crashes right away. I have tried this also on the Openelec beta 1.95.7 and the exact same behaviour

Its been doin this for ages on Both Zotac Nano Ad10...and Asrock 330...both running openelec 1.95.7...i just never come on here and ask because usually u get a stroppy answer saying traul back through the threads which i have done but im sure we are not the only ones with this problem ..but i found a way round it without asking on here..if you disable visualization project-M in the home screen options and just use project M for the full screen visualization it does not crash...this all said and done could be an openelec problem but there is no thread on there as they said it is fixed...which it is in confluence but not with nox...strange but true....not tried in frodo as some of the addons i use dont work in frodo...hope this helps ...Jack

It could be as ive upgraded and upgraded again over the top... a fresh install perhaps would be needed you never know...or it could be project-M and openelec there is nothing unusual in the log...loathed to reinstall thou as all media files are on same disk...love the skin thou ...full of admaration for you guys for putting it together...and will continue to use ...just no visualization in home screen but when it flicks to full screen it does it fine if it has visualization turned to off in home screen options....and i can live with that ;-)....jack

Well I use Xbmcuntu (Fresh install 4 days ago) as my main machine and my testing now has come to this.
- Pressing full screen from main menu while listening to music and using Aeon Nox 3.5 and projectM crashes xbmc.
- Selecting anything from the main menu while listening to music and projectM crashes xbmc
- Setting project to kick in as the screensaver while listening to music DOES NOT crash xbmc....but switching back to main menu and back to full screen crashes xbmc
MrJack suggestion works great. Disable the audio visualization from playing on the home screen and it doesnt crash going in and out of full screen.
Cheers!
