Hello,
I have a HTPC (Nvidia ION2) which runs Archlinux (always updated). A few weeks ago when 304.17 came out I ran into big problems with XBMC - all video files shows extreme stutter and lag. The debug log (attached here: http://pastebin.com/QWBYGPNK) shows a lot of "DEBUG: CDVDPlayerAudio:: Discontinuity" which I believe is the problem.
I have identified that the problem only occurs with Nvidia driver version 304.17 and above, and only when activating "Sync playback to display". If I deactivate it everything plays fine (and the discontinuity in the log is gone).
Had anyone else experienced similar problems with later Nvidia drivers?
