XBMC on 2 different ATV2 / Continue watching....
#1
Hi there everyone,

is there a way to resume a movie on a second XBMC/ATV2?
I thought I read something about it, but can´t find anything anywhere ...

My Setup:
2 x XBMC on ATV2 ( 11.0 Compiled July 2 2012)
1 x Debian Linux Server ( connection via AFP )

Thank you very much in advance,
Riggs

Sorry,

I guess I found what I need:

That other one isn't too bad, but doesn't explain the thumbnail issue and kind of complicates the profiles thing when most people are just using one profile with XBMC.

...or try one of the Frodo monthlies/nightlies.

I had the shared mysql set up across my 2 ATV 2's and my PC (MySql and all the media on my NAS), but the thumbnails path substitutions were just a bit too slow, even over my 500mb power line adapters.

I think with the new version coming out this issue is resolved? I'm sure Ned will correct me Smile

You're already correct :D

XBMC v12 (Frodo) will make handing thumbnails and fanart much easier, for MySQL and some other things as well.
