when i play some mkv files video stutters a little, for example the movie HUGO.

mediaplayer classic homecinema with coreavc or xbmc 11.0 eden or nighly builds , video stutters almost every 20 seconds for only one second.
harddisk light is flashing a lot, cpu load is 40%. (mediaplayer classic)
harddisk light is flashing normal and cpu load between 7 and 12%
msi has a AMD e350 processor with amd hd6310 shared video card 512MB, 4 GB ram
Harddisk is a 2,5" 1 TB samsung 5400 rpm
i have the newest amd video drivers installed and directx
do i have to tweak something( cocec?), i don't know how to that in xmbc.
or is the sytem not powerful enough? the same file plays perfectly on my notebook (i7)
