XBMC Boblight Error (locks up)
#1
Hi Everyone,

I just to say that I am new to this XBMC, but I have done alot of reading. This is my issue, that I hope someone out there may be able to help me with.

I have a Ipad 3 (jailbroken at 5.1.1)
Installed eden 11.

I had everything going smoothly I thoughtHuh

I was installing repos to get my add-ons set up.

ISSUE**

When I click on XBMC I get a box that pops up and says the following:

Header in blue XBMC Boblight
Inside box message This addon can't be run on that operating system! (missing ctypes module)
Click OK button

This is where my system locks up and I get a spinning busy circle....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Darren

Remove the Boblight add-on from

/private/var/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons/

You can use iFile from Cydia to easily delete files.

its handy if you have boblightd running in the network. But its most likly only lighting up your tv - if you don't have leds attached on the back of your ipad haha. Well it will work on nightlies though if you still think you want that
