Is the option broken under refocus? If I insert a disc, it won't show up in the menu. When switching to Comfuence, I can play the disc perfectly. The option is activated under settings > skin > main screen > edit main screen > show disc (if available).

You actually have to untick the show disc option to make it display on the main screen.
