When in episode viewtype, there's options for viewtypes which includes background settings. In the settings, you can change Background from 1 to 2. In option 2, the fanart appears faded. Is there any way to adjust the amount of fade? I want to make it less faded, close to 90% opacity (or saturation or alpha level, however it is determined). There must be a setting in one of the XML files, but I have been unable to find it.

In the skin folder, go to media -> views. In there, there is a file called episodebgoverlay.png that contains a gradient that you can overwrite or adjust in an image editing program.
