after lookin at the screenshots...: +1 for publishing a version with the labels re-included
i think people mainly want to use them in poster-centric viewtypes and since the images are not always self-explaining labels would help a lot to spot a specific genre.

The picture for Caprica gets the point across while only being slightly suggestive Probably a more subtle approach than having just a pair of boobs on the screen.
