About to order this.. Is everything ok ? It should be able to store 10 3tb drives (green) and able to download, extract and watch bluray in same time

I had a Sempron 140 in my first server. If I were you I'd go for a Pentium G530. It won't cost more and it is a more powerful and efficient CPU.

Or should i take amd athlon II X2 260 instead of sempron?
Want to run sabnzb in future... Maybe ipad airvideo...
