Yea no worries at all. I don't want to upgrade the DSM because I don't want it to break the possibility of this working. I think both of us will do what ever it takes to help get this working. Are their any pre resquite packages for this to work, that need to be installed.
It ask for a username and password. Should we accept the defaults there or something else.

Package of tvh for intel built for dsm5.0 by new toolchain (new glibc and gcc) and it will be not working on 4.3.

EDIT: It runs now however doesn't see the hd homerun....trying some things.
EDIT2: I think its working. ill have to do some more testing tomorrow.

Ok everyone so how can I help. I have the following.
Ds1512+ (intel)
DSM 5.0 (not 5.1)
Linux VM box
HD Homerun HDTC-2US (hdhomeruntc_atsc)
HDHR-US (hdhomerun_atsc).
The devices work under dvb link. So give me a step by step and I do what it takes to get this working. Its been a long long time since Ive been in of the Linux game. so I may need a little assistance. PM me or just reply with what needs to be done and I will do my best!

I'm awaiting a new package from Aisman. But we need to give him so time. As I think he has more thing to do.
As soon as he is ready with new package I will test it on the following config
DS213
DSM 5.1
HD Homerun HDHR3-4DC
Tvheadend
in the meanwhile if you have an old laptop or PI just install openelec with frodo and TVheadend (if needed Oscam). This works I have it al solution for now until there is a fix for the Synology

Well, lets try to install it manually. This is for arm-machines with DSM 5.0 (5.1)
1. Remove tvheadend or videostation or DVBLink (make system clear of dvb-modules and scripts)
2. reboot
3. download new modules and libs
4. create directory /volume1/tmp
5. put files to /volume1/tmp
6. copy libhdhomerun.so to /lib
7. in terminal:
a) insmod /volume1/tmp/dvb-core.ko
b) insmod /volume1/tmp/dvb_hdhomerun_core.ko
c) insmod /volume1/tmp/dvb_hdhomerun_fe.ko
d) insmod /volume1/tmp/dvb_hdhomerun.ko
don't reboot!
8. Install tvh-3.9.438 and check it for finding HDHR.
9 Tell me what is result

I will try to do it tonight. I have some time...and my DS213 will keep on working. I have some SMART error's on my first disk...So I think I need a new one for that...
And as I have raid 0 solution...it will be maybe a new install.
