I finally Found a way to help with the XBMC project

There arnt any good XBMC remotes for blackberry's and the web browser on the blackberry's keep crashing when running a web interface.

I did my best at making a XBMC profile for Vectir

Fist Off

Download Vectir for your blackberry.
you can find it on the app market

Second

install Vectir on your PC you can download it from www.vectir.com
or you can find it by doing a google search

then download my profile

I included 2 vrp files
XBMC.vrp is just a remote

XBMC32.vrp Is the remote with a onscreen display of your computer(you need a good wifi connection or its very)

Open Vectir and import the vrp file.

Im still new to the software so let me know if there are any bugs

tested on blackberry curve 9300 if that makes a difference

Will try this out tonight, have been looking for a BlackBerry app for a long time because a wireless keyboard with trackpad just isn't the best solution, until I realized there might be other programs like Vectir and found this post. Awesome. I have a BlackBerry Curve 9300 as well, and seeing from this page it seems that remote desktop shouldn't be a problem at all.

I am wondering why you would need an XBMC profile though. Why not just use the remote desktop feature?
