Hello,

I have setup a new XBMC 11.0 based on a zotac AD41 and Ubuntu 12.04 minimal.

Installed TVheadend from the pulse-eight repository.
Everything is working as it should on live TV except if I use the Stop button.
In this case I will get the error "Adapter in use by other subscription" on each other channel I try to select.

If I navigate through channels without using the stop, this error does not appear.

It seems xbmc PVR or Tvheadend does not register that the adapter is not in use any more after stop was selected.
Stopping starting Tvheadend will resolve the problem, but is not a solution

I already tried to remove/reinstall tvheadend, but it did not help.

The same hardware/software combination but with Ubuntu 10.04 does not have this problem.

Has someone already had this problem ? What can I do to resolve this ?

I have exactly the same error also with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
But i don't think that this is caused by Ubuntu.
It seems that if you hit the "Stop" Button or switch the channel via EPG the current channel is not unsubscribed.
If i switch back to the channel i came from or to another channel on the same transponder it works.

But no chance to switch to another channel on another transponder.

Maybe i should file a bug report and hope that this will be fixed soon.

Ok, I was able to solve the Problem by simply deleting the settings.
This could be done by removing the .xbmc folder under your XBMC users home.

thanks for the solution works perfectly.

Have to reconfigure everything else then, but that's Ok as long as the PVR works like requested.
