Windows Smart Playlist????

First off I am running XBMC on windows XP and the skin active is Neon.
I am after having a “Kids Movies” option on the home screen.
I have created the folder containing the kids movies and added it as a source and also set content and scanned.
I have then went into Movies and into Playlists and then created a new Smart List:
Type: Movies
Name of the playlist: Kids Movies
Find items where: Path is E:\Kids Movies
Then went into Settings/Skin/Custom Home
Created Custom Playlist 1:
Set label: Kids Movies
Set playlist: special://profile/playlists/video/kids movies.xsp
I then shutdown XBMC.

When I restart XBMC the Kids Movies option is on the home screen but when I enter it I find no movies.

Incidently when I update library on the top of the screen it shows Downloading movie information, then downloading tv show information BUT no kids movies etc?

Any idea what I have not done right to get this to work?

Your help on this issue would be greatly appreciated
